Cancellation and Return – Refund Policy (Photography Services)

Our store provides photography services (not physical products).
For this reason, product returns do not apply.

1. Booking Deposit

To confirm a photography session date, a 30% deposit of the total service price is required.

The deposit is used to reserve the date and cover planning and preparation time for the service.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

The 30% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.

Once the booking is confirmed, the date is reserved exclusively for the client and may no longer be available to others.

3. Client Cancellation

If the client decides to cancel the service:

  • the deposit paid will not be refunded

  • any additional amounts already paid (beyond the deposit) will be handled according to the specific agreement / signed contract

4. Rescheduling (if possible)

If the client requests a date change, we will do our best to offer a new available date.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to:

  • calendar availability

  • sufficient notice

  • any additional fees (if applicable)

5. Returns

As this is a personalized service, returns are not available.

6. Refunds After the Service

Once the photography service has been provided, refunds are not available, except where required by applicable law or specific written agreement.
