1. How can I book a photographic session?

Directly through the website, selecting the location, month, day, and time, duration of the photo service first. We recommend entering in the notes all the information about you that can be useful to get to know you or understand your expectations.

2. What photographic packages do you offer?

Packages vary according to the client’s needs, based on location and day.

3.Is it possible to customize the photographic packages?

Yes, you can choose the duration of the service by selecting directly on the booking site. For doubts, it is recommended to contact us via WhatsApp.

4. How far in advance do I need to book?

It is suggested to book in advance to ensure availability, but at least 24 hours before.

5. What are the accepted payment methods?

The deposit to fix the date is 30% and must be paid via credit card or PayPal. The final balance must be paid in cash (EURO) on the day of the event.

6. What happens in case of bad weather on the day of the session?

We will try to agree on a new date without additional costs based on the availability of the client and the photographer.

7. How should I prepare for my photo session?

Make sure to arrive 5 minutes early, without bags or backpacks to make the session as smooth as possible. Clothing advice here.

8. How long does it take to receive the photos?

Within 3 weeks from the balance.

9. Will the photos be retouched?

No, photo retouching will not be performed. The photos will include the selection and professional post-production like the photos seen in the various sections of the site.
